The bar
The bartender at The woolpack loves to experiment with the craft of cocktail making, utilising premium spirits, cordials, bitters and juice with fabulous glassware to create bespoke cocktails and twists on old classics.
Beer
Our beers are provided by Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, who are based locally in Faversham.
We offer a full range of carefully maintained cask ales on traditional hand pull pumps. These are complemented by a selection of international and craft lagers both draught and bottled.

Taittinger Champagne

At the Woolpack we were kindly invited to view the 2023 harvest at the new Domaine Evremond vineyards. The project from champagne Taittinger and Hatch Mansfield Ltd in the hills around Chilham. We also had the opportunity to view the visitors centre, which is currently being build. We look forward to tasting the new Domaine Evremond English Sparkling Wine which will be launched in September 2024.
To celebrate this, we will be serving Champagne Taittinger not only by the bottle but by the glass. You also can sample The Woolpacks favourite champagne in our sparkling cocktails.

Wine
At The woolpack we have created a balanced and varied list of wines to complement every occasion, dish, and palate. We change our wine menus regularly, serving great wines by the bottle or the glass.
We are avid supporters of our British wine makers and will be showcasing these and other wines by the glass every week on our specials board.
For the connoisseur our list offers some truly fine wines from the old world such as French Lois Jadot Beaune 1er Cru and Portuguese Defesa Tinto Alentejo. With new world wines such as Chilean Montez's Folly Syrah and Uruguayan Bodega Garzon Albarino.
